Established in 2018 as a specialized entity within Asia Networks Group (EMTEK), PEMS originated as a small division focused on delivering services and spare parts to support the group's industrial projects. Recognizing the strategic signi cance and scalability of this division, the Board of Directors (BOD) restructured it into a seperate organization dedicated to providing premium spare parts and engineering services.

Leveraging the robust industrial expertise of our corporate structure, PEMS quickly gained a foothold in the market. In 2019, we secured a pivotal, multimillion-dollar supply contract with Nghi Son 2 BOT Thermal Power Plant, solidifying our role as a leading  supplier to large-scale thermal power projects across Vietnam. Our technical proficiency and unwavering commitment earned us the exclusive designation as the official partner of DOOSAN ENERBILITY, with a strategic focus on serving the thermal power generation sector.

Our market presence continues to expand into petrochemicals, oil & gas, and operation-maintenance services. In 2024, PEMS was awarded contracts by VAPCO (Operation & Maintenance for Coal Handling System) and NS2PC (Maintenance Service for Class B Overhaul), further enhancing our portfolio.
