VIETNAM ENERGY- In nuclear power projects, the construction or installation phase is often perceived as the stage that decides success or failure. However, international experience reveals a different reality: Most of the greatest risks - regarding cost, schedule, and even safety - are "shaped" very early, before the project enters Front-End Engineering Design (FEED). For countries newly developing nuclear power like Vietnam, correctly identifying this "decisive point" is of particular importance.
