• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales strategies for clients in the Thermal Power and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Manage and expand key accounts, particularly those using pump systems, rotating, or mechanical industrial equipment.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide technical consultation and propose optimal solutions based on customers’ actual needs and assigned products/services.
  • Review and analyze bidding documents, coordinate with the Sales Support team to prepare quotations and technical proposals, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and gross profit goals.
  • Monitor and control sales-related costs, ensuring compliance with company policies and promoting financial efficiency.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Sales Support, Supply Chain, and Accounting to ensure smooth delivery, project execution, and payment collection.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager or Board of Directors.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the Thermal Power or Oil & Gas industries.
  • Good technical knowledge of industrial motors, pumps, valves, and rotating equipment used in power plants and Oil & Gas facilities. Experience with equipment such as turbines, generators, compressors, and pump systems is highly preferred.
  • Experience in bidding, quotation preparation, and project-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields.
