• Monitor and analyze sales performance, including revenue, quotations, profitability, receivables, and other key business metrics; prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases and business information systems (excluding accounting systems), ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Review and verify quotations, contracts, bidding documents, and other commercial documents before submission to customers.
  • Administer the National E-Bidding System, prepare and submit bidding documents in compliance with applicable regulations, and manage all tender-related documentation.
  • Monitor customer payment status, coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department on receivables, and oversee sales team expenses.
  • Coordinate sales activities, monitor sales plans and progress, and provide administrative and operational support to Sales Management.
  • Maintain and organize contracts, commercial documents, and records related to sales operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned government customers and key business partners, coordinating operational and documentation matters.
  • Support sales events, customer meetings, and other company activities as required.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support sales performance evaluation and management decision-making.
  • Handle paperwork and administrative tasks for the Sales Team, including delivery notices, mailing, and any ad-hoc documentation or issues that arise.
