Independence in Handling Issues:
The CFO is authorized to independently resolve issues using any measures necessary to quickly restore normal operation of equipment, in compliance with operational regulations and incident handling procedures. -
Safety-First Decision-Making:
The CFO has the right to refuse orders from superiors if such orders threaten human lives or equipment safety. When declining orders, the CFO must provide reasoning and accept responsibility for the decision. If the issuer insists on execution, the CFO must escalate the matter to the next level of authority. -
Proposals and Suggestions:
The CFO is entitled to recommend technical improvements, reasonable production optimizations, or organizational adjustments to the Shift Leader (SL). -
Authority to Suspend Work Teams:
The CFO has the authority to suspend work teams violating operational, safety, or labor discipline regulations, and must report this action to the Boiler-Fuel Manager and SL.
Main Responsibilities

Regulation and Procedure Knowledge:
The CFO must be proficient in:- Procedures for handling abnormal incidents in the Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant equipment system.
- Safety protocols: electrical safety, thermal-mechanical safety, chemical safety, port operations safety, etc.
- Fire prevention and control procedures of Vung Ang 2 Thermal Power Plant.
- Guidelines for implementing lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures.
- Technical specifications, operational procedures, maintenance, and troubleshooting methods for conveyor systems, coal feeders, and related equipment.
- Fire safety diagrams for the coal conveyor system.

Operational Responsibilities During Shifts:
The CFO is responsible for managing and operating coal conveyor systems and related equipment during assigned shifts, specifically:- Monitoring coal conveyor systems for abnormalities and addressing them promptly to ensure safe operation.
- Conducting inspections and maintenance of related systems, including water collection systems, dust suppression sprayers, bunker vacuum systems, and mobile dust extractors.
- Personally handling minor repairs and malfunctions in the conveyor systems in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and operational procedures.
- Reporting significant issues beyond personal capacity to the SL or Boiler-Fuel Manager.

Equipment Management and Maintenance:
- Managing, operating, and maintaining:
- All conveyor systems and transfer towers.
- Coal feeders (Tripper cars) and Tripper car stations.
- Dust collection systems and mobile dust extractors.
- Water service systems in coal areas and transfer points.
- Firefighting systems along conveyor lines and in associated facilities.
- Managing, operating, and maintaining:

Incident Management:
- Directly addressing incidents and malfunctions in conveyor systems.
- Being present at incident sites to restore equipment functionality.
- Timely reporting of all incidents to supervisors.

Other Duties:
- Keeping workstations and equipment clean.
- Documenting all operational activities accurately.
- Supporting workplace accident response and reporting as necessary.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by direct managers and the Board of Directors.
- Immediate start availability.
- Basic English communication skills (advantageous).
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle work pressure.
- Commitment to stable and long-term employment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Salary: Negotiable (based on capability).
