- Develop plans and organize the implementation of assigned tasks, ensuring required workload, quality, and timelines.
- Research new products in terms of technology.
- Clarify technical requirements before sending them to partners (suppliers, customers, etc.).
- Communicate with customers' technical teams regarding equipment sold by the company and perform technical checks before the procurement team places orders.
- Support the Sales Department in preparing bidding documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to survey machinery and equipment at project sites to clarify technical details when needed.
- Advise the Sales Department on obtaining technical documentation from customers as required.
- Estimate workloads and labor requirements for services to be performed at the Technical Service Center (TSC) and related sites.
- Support the TSC in organizing maintenance and repair tasks, including emergency, periodic, and scheduled maintenance of equipment and systems serviced by the company.
- Assist in managing equipment, tools, and other maintenance and repair-related resources owned by the company, ensuring technical oversight and safety during service execution under TSC management.
- Manage and issue technical documents and drawings.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by direct managers and the Board of Directors.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: University degree or higher in technical disciplines such as electrical, electronics, mechanical, thermal, automation, mechatronics, industrial management, etc.
- Language Proficiency: English Level B or equivalent or higher. Ability to read and understand technical documents in English and basic communication skills.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience in managing the repair of mechanical, electrical, and control & instrumentation (C&I) equipment at power plants or other industrial plants.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the company’s products and services and power plant operations.
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance procedures in mechanical, electrical, and C&I fields, as well as safety practices.
- Proficient in the structural characteristics, operating principles, and maintenance processes of mechanical and thermal systems in industrial plants.
- Understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Senior Technical Engineer and their relationship with other company departments.
- Solid understanding of occupational safety standards.
- Salary: Negotiable (based on competence).
