The Fuel System Operator (CRO) must have a thorough understanding of general processes and regulations outlined by the government, the industry, and the plant.
Responsibilities include:

Mastering the structure, characteristics, and operation principles of equipment in the plant.

Ensuring the safe and continuous operation of the coal transport system from the port to the coal storage and supplying coal to the plant units. Key tasks include:
- Monitoring and ensuring the stable operation of the coal reception and supply system for plant units.
- Collaborating with Mechanical Operators to monitor and ensure stable operation of the Conveyor System, Tripper Car System, and related auxiliary equipment.
- Coordinating with Mechanical Operators to oversee and ensure the proper functioning of the water drainage system along the conveyor.
- Ensuring the stability of service water and fire-fighting water systems along the conveyor in collaboration with Mechanical Operators.
- Working with Yard Equipment Operators to ensure the efficient operation of stackers, reclaimers, and equipment in the coal yard.
- Monitoring the water drainage, service water, and fire-fighting systems within the coal yard.
- Collaborating with Pier Operators to monitor coal suction machines and other equipment at the port area.
- Coordinating with vehicle operators to collect scattered coal in storage and ship holds while ensuring vehicle maintenance and operational stability.
- Assisting Furnace Operators in maintaining appropriate coal levels in bunkers under various boiler operating modes.
- Collaborating with Mechanical Operators, Yard Equipment Operators, Pier Operators, Specialists, Technicians, and Control Room Operators to ensure stable fuel system operations.
- Supporting Dock Staff in maximizing coal unloading productivity from ships or trucks.
- Monitoring critical parameters of the fuel system, including coal input volume, stockpile volume, blending ratio, supply volume to the boiler, calorific value, and moisture content.
- Regularly recording accurate and truthful operational data for equipment, identifying and addressing abnormalities promptly.
- Keeping a log of all abnormal conditions in the "Abnormal Equipment Logbook."
